The following Terms and Conditions are applicable to the website at www.mapamondo.com and all associate sites, subsidiaries and affiliates, including all sites in the world (altogether being, "Mapamondo"). Mapamondo is property and development of Control Freaks Music S.A. of C.V. ("CFM") and its licensees. Using Mapamondo, you (from now on referred to as, “USER”), automatically accept these terms; otherwise do not use Mapamondo.

CFM keeps the right, under their own discretion, to change, modify, add or remove part of these Terms and Conditions, at any time. It is User’s responsibility to periodically verify changes to these Terms and Conditions. Using Mapamondo after the publication of said changes shall mean that User is accepting them. As User accepts these Terms and Conditions, CFM grants him with the personal privilege, non exclusive, non transferrable and with limited usage of Mapamondo.


Property

All texts, Graphics, interfaces, Systems, Photographs, Logos, Brands, Sounds, Music, Graphic Art, and count codes (altogether being, "Content"), including without limiting to design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, "look and feel" arrangements and fixing of said Content, included in Mapamondo is controlled by, licensee of or property of CFM, and is protected by the laws in force as of copyrights, patents, brands, and regarding intellectual copyright and competence.

It is prohibited the reproduction, publication, copy, transmission or distribution in whole or in part of Mapamondo, its content either in whole or in part, in any or all means as of press or audiovisual, either known or about to be known, without the written previous authorization by CFM, except on the special cases thereof.

User shall use products and services information of Mapamondo that are made available by Mapamondo itself and/or CFM, only for personal use, and committed not to use them for commercial purposes, publication or transmission through any means, as well as to not modify said information.


Privacy

All information User is providing at opening his account or during using Mapamondo is bound to be confidential and it shall be protected by CFM as humanly possible; although, user is the main responsible for keeping said information in a confidential basis as well as for its proper use in Mapamondo.

User is fully responsible of all movements and activities within his account, and accepts to immediately notify to CFM about any usage or activity without authorization, such as password or any other security violation.  

User shall not use "login", password or account of a third party at any moment without the prior written consent of owner of said information and account. CFM shall not be responsible for loss or damage caused by any failure to fulfill said obligations

User shall allow Mapamondo to send information at any time to his e-email address about its artists, products, improvements, news, etc.; understanding that the user's e-mail address will remain strictly confidential for any other purpose, entity or user.


Mapamondo Usage

User shall not use any "deep-link", "page-scrape", "robot", "spider", program, application, algorithm, method, automatic device, or any other manual procedure which may be equivalent or similar to access to, get, copy or monitor any part of Mapamondo or any Content; or no other way of reproducing or modifying navigation structure or presentation of Mapamondo or its Content in order to get or try to get all or any type of material, document or information.

User shall not try to access to any non-authorized area of Mapamondo or any other system or net linked to Mapamondo or any other server property of CFM, or any other services offered in Mapamonodo, by "hacking", "mining" passwords or any other unlawful method.


Purchases and Offers

Mapamondo keeps the right to alter, change, and delete all or any products published in whole or in part without any previous notification.

Images of products inside the shopping cart do not necessarily mean that the product has been successfully and completely purchased, but until transaction has been confirmed, it starts the selected pay protocol and products shall be sent to Download Center of each user in Mapamondo.

Each user shall be free to select, in accordance to his preferences and possibilities, the payment protocol through which he prefers to purchase products. Once User has completely selected means of payment, responsibility on transaction is bound to provider of payment service.

Purchases in Mapamondo are available throughout the world by credit card and/or by "PayPal" account, and only in the Republic of Mexico cash payments in Oxxo branches shall be possible, by showing Ticket with bar codes from Mapamondo, which shall be granted at the selecting payment protocol stage.

All purchases have the characteristic of definite, which implies not any reimbursement at all.

Transactions carried out in Mapamondo shall include Value Added Tax, based on the billing regulation in office at completion of purchase. No User shall be tax-exempt on transactions carried out in Mapamondo.

Price of a product is only applicable to the product itself and it shall be published with the value added tax included. Mapamondo keeps the right to change prices of offered products and shall not guarantee a fix price, as well as shall not guarantee any reimbursements in the cases of any price fall or any promotional sales.

All sales, promotions or discounts published by Mapamondo and by several other means either press or digital, might be altered without any previous notification.

In each transaction, from the second product placed in the shopping cart, Mapamondo shall discount one peso by extra product.

Every $50.00 (Fifty Mexican Pesos) of purchase, Mapamondo shall grant User with 10 (ten) points which may be accrued and eventually interchanged by special products in the Points Section.

Delivery Policy

DELIVERY. All storage or movement or transfer of commercialized material from Mapamondo to Download Center of each and all Users, shall be, in turn, downloaded by User.

CONDITIONS. User shall receive in his Download Center purchased materials, all the times he has previously carried out payments through any of the authorized means by Mapamondo. Furthermore, User shall have received by that moment, operation confirmation, amount, type of material, and customer password code.

TERMS. In the event of making a transaction from Monday through Friday, Mapamondo shall carry out delivery of material, subject to confirmation as of the conditions stated above, within the following 48 working hours. In the cases of placing payment on a non-working day, Mapamondo shall proceed to store material within the first working day that follows such transaction, as long as it has previously received operation confirmation by the payment broker.

PROMOTIONS AND PRIZES. Mapamondo shall store in Download Center all materials Users have gained in any contest or promotion launched by the company, within the following 48 working hours, once winner has been confirmed and, as usual, in working hours and days.

EXCEPTIONS. Mapamondo shall not at any time or any type make exceptions.

Mapamondo shall comply all its obligations and the ones arising from the accordance with these terms and conditions, although, Mapamondo shall not be responsible for any delay or failure to fulfill any term or condition caused by any circumstances beyond our control or any act of God. In the case of any delay, Mapamondo shall fulfill and/or complete its obligations as soon as it may be logically possible.
